The CPSC, in cooperation with Yotrio International LLC, is voluntarily recalling around 15,000 lounge chairs from Menards stores. The chairs have faulty support brackets and weak frames that can cause the chair to collapse. his poses a risk of falling and severe lacerations for the occupant of the lounge chair.

So far Yotrio has received one report of a lounge chair collapsing, which caused a consumer to fall to the ground. There have been no injuries reported. The recall is only for Rockingham deluxe reclining lounge chairs.

The folding lounge chairs have an orange mesh covering that attaches to a steel frame by a woven cord. The high-back chairs measure 40-inches long by 28-inches wide by 46-inches high and have a padded headrest. A hangtag attached to the chair reads in part "Backyard Creations" and "Deluxe Rockingham Reclining Chair."

The chairs were only available at Menards stores from March 2007 to May 2007.
